Well here is the group setup avail if we merge the groups.

Probable last post for the month but what with pen and Toby making 50 we now have more dps and one of them a ranged mec. I can easily swap between healing and dps as got a good amount of gear for both although healing will be my better ability.
Agreed it does seem a little on the light side. We need to get this thing written up and put out there, I will get some words and throw them together hopefully today work depending.
As we are having some issues recruiting and we have had some members leave, and new people only just starting Op runs, it has been suggested that we merge in to one group and run over several nights.
This will only be temporary until we have enough players that we can go back to the two groups
There are some real positives it means that we will be running ops more regularly and we will be sharing knowledge and the skills among the two groups.
The nights Ops will be leader by the OP leaders as per put will be shared among them all to reduce burn out.
We are thinking of 3 nights, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday
Each night will be different 1 night for helping new people get gear and learn the tactics, 2nd night will be HM/NM mode and the final one will be progression.
We would need people to be able to attend some not all of the Ops so that people can enjoy all aspects.

Which for as we have 2 groups seems a little light.
I hope that you can see why we have to do this and hope that you wil be able to commit as you already have done to have a great pair of Op Teams.

nope we just have enough dps to keep this idea going, we have to many tanks for this plan but for the rest it is looking k ;)
Even when we know all of us are able to play we should be able to field a 16 man group, what is a win win for everyone i think.
