I'll be fairly honest here. I haven't done an ops on the imp side for over a month now. This has been not too bad considering i'm doing ops with the republic chars and that has kept me entertained for a while, but even with that, I want to do ops on my jug, but there is just the severe distinct lack of people to run Denova. I've time and time again been told that said 'dark council' which I am to believe are the group of players dedicated to organising this guild and it's raids. I've kind of waiting long enough considering I am paying to play the game. On a side note I still have not been granted access to even withdraw 1 item from the guild bank, even though i spoke to toby personally when I was on and he said he'd sort it with the council, just something for you guys to think about in the future, guild bank that can't be used : purpose?. ;).
With all this said I'll leave it a week and see if things pick up. If not then I might just leave and find another guild/group that will be doing denova. I know it's no ones fault in particular why things are the way they are, people leave yeah I get it, but it has impacts on all of us and our play time. By the time we get a group ready to go to denova again, the next op will be out. And how much longer until another situation of this caliber will pop up? it's happened numerous times when I have been in this guild and i've had to go to lesser ops of my gear level and run it to get the new guy geared and the next and the next.
Everyone in the guild is great to talk to and so on, the guildies are great and it's a shame that I feel I have to leave it as it's a good guild with good members (krekla does not count as a good members ;) ). Perhaps in time I might come back depending on how things are.
Like I said i'll give it a week or so but judging by the way things are going, doesn't look good i'm afraid.

Well my repsonse is I cant remember who is Char is, if he has been missed it is a mistake.
No one has access apart from the DC as I want stuff to be handed out freely, if we open it out I am worried some will just take the good stuff. Fair enough I have not put out those rules and that should be done.
Also we have had issues with numbers and people pulling out etc and now we have a mergerd group, but all of our Leaders our playing D3 and from passing comment last night doesnt sound like they are coming back next week.
I am away Monday and Tuesday But I will be leading a run on Thursday (god help em)
Varg is away next week and has been away all the week before but I am not sure he is interested.
I am away this weekend but will be contactable via here or pm.
I will work on a action plan of things that we have to do.

Its imho tobi, but bout ops i cant blame him i got the same prob with it.whe wanna do denova ops but whe are stuck in the groups.what now happens with ops is only ev or kp whe have done this so many times now.think its time to do the new ops.bout guild bank i agree with you if all get acsess stuff be will gone soon.
OK right so we know we all want to denova but we have had some new people so we have done a couple of runs form them, but it also other people that have pulled out last minute and other people not being around to fill those spots, I am more that happy to go to denova on Thursday.
But if people arent turning up and no one can stand in apart from lower less gear people I dont know what to do. What is need to do a normal Denova ? do we have the people geared enough to run it?
Denova needs people decently geared, but most of all they need to know what to do. It is not like EV or something where a raidleader can tell you everything, here the fight really start to ask all from the raid to know what to do.
So in short:
Decently geared
Knowing the tactics
For the rest just a group of 8 can go in.
You need a setup like:
2 main tanks
2 healers
4 dps
For example:
Tanks
Imho
Lurek
Healers
Tenilia
Voyak
DPS
KKND
Warm
Varg
Demi (or any better geared ranged)
I'm affraid that if this keeps on going more people will leave this Guild.
They wanna clear all OPS instances and get the highst gear there is,they are now paying for nothing.
But i have noticed that whe are not the only guild with this prob on the server there lots more..lots off people are leaving this game...
And i think whe are losing cos off Diablo3 is out now.
Maybe whe can make list from members that still wanna do Op's like Op's leaders..members.
One more thing it also seems that members dont show up on Ops days,whe have to sort this!!
Can I throw some thoughts in here?
There is a very small group of you trying to run this and I do not know about the level of online activity for each of you. An MMO is like a child, you can't leave them unattended. All DC need to be online dealing with day to day business - and dealing with the guild admin does not happen in this forum section, most of it happens when you talk through the administration of the guild on TS. Notes are posted here or ideas, but TS has to be the quickest way of doing this to get answers out to the members asap and let them know people are in control and acting on things.
If this group does not have the online time or action/activity levels then perhaps you should bring in trusted cohorts, like your current Op Leaders (Tenilia/Vargen etc) to add to the strength of the group. Set goals, delegate, monitor and review progress, adjust plans where you are failing to meet the goal.
An MMO is not easy, especially where a new game has come out (remember what WoW was like for a few weeks when Aion first came out) and especially when approaching summer, a time when a lot of scandinavians learn to enjoy the sun again.
Keep recruiting, for social & PVP, not just for Op runs. Keep putting the name out there and keep getting more help from those online and willing to help.
Keep the faith and lead from the front.
Our ops leaders are the ones that are not online almost anymore so doubt that point.
The DC members Ice and me are the ones that are most online...
Like i said in reply diff thread some members cba showing up on ops days or they post one hour before ops they have something coming up!!
Bout getting people into this guild...i have spammed the server for almost 3 weeks to try to get some, but i also noticed that im the only one doing this.
Apologies for putting a short post into the thread just now, but I felt like his latest post added nothing and was nothing but prevarication. Hopefully he'll be forced to put up or shut up.

My feelings are that he only wants acsess to guildbank for the stuff he said it more then once.
His complaining bout the guild makes me bit angry so i will not reply on his post anymore...before im gonna say something.
Bout that hes the only one online is not true most off the times im there and so are some more...hes never there and for that reason i also made him member again instead officer.
When i made him Officer he promised he wanna help with recruiting but i never did see anything from him..
Form what i see is that hes more on Rep side then our side...also he talks bout New guild with Pyskoo well let him go whe dont NEED these members.!!
