Adobe announced last year that they would be ending support for flash on mobile devices, and now Adobe has announced that there will be no Flash for android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Adobe has also said that it will stop offering new installations of Flash on mobile devices from the 15th of July, existing installations will get limited updates in the future.

Yup, the internet has changed a lot since 2007. With HTML 5 better Java speeds and other changes losing flash no longer worries me at all. Where as back then with 90% of the internet using it, it would have been horrible. I'm not sure the iPhone can be credited completely, but it was certainly a good catalyst.

One of the few good things to come out of Apple is an increase in high tech gear hitting the market. Even if I have to wait for their competitors to make a similar product on a more flexible platform...
