When I was speaking to Ayla (shaman just joined on trial for RGT) I asked if there were others who might be interested in a new home and she mentioned this guy. Apparently when she moved from CC to her most recent guild she persuaded him to join her there to tank - and once they arrived the guild basically stopped raiding. Hence this app now coming in - he wants to raid but can't commit to a hardcore schedule so would be ideal as a replacement for Sharp stepping away from raiding.
I've invited him to TS for 20:00 Game Time tonight, hopefully you'll be about to have the chat, otherwise I'll grab others and bring them into channel to do the interview. He's not a DK, but you're swapping a warrior for a warrior, so it can't be that bad!
Spoke to Switch, he's keen on the extra tank, we'll try and sort it for tonight if possible.
