This week's and last week's raids for RGT seemed a little like travelling over a severely potholed road surface in a car with knackered suspension and I know we all feel a little frustrated about the wipes we had and the inability to complete more single night clears. What we need to remember though, and I have to actively remind myself of this, is that we have 3 new people in the raid trying to adjust to our way of raiding and a 4th still gearing up. This makes a HUGE difference to what we can achieve and we should remember this when reviewing how we feel the raid has gone. It's worth reminding ourselves:
i400 - Guru
i398 - Maldaror
i398 - Ayla
i395 - Zaul
Typically, these members are replacing i406 geared RGT mains and the difference between their ilevels and therefore the performance & experience of those fights is huge.
So let's take the frustration of the past fortnight and rub a bit of soothing salve into it. We are gearing up newer raiders rapidly and I know from looking at the logs that things will return to 'normal' real soon now, so just keep plugging away, keep signing up & turning up and keep putting out the effort. Once we have people geared we can then get back to one night per week DS raiding and having a bit of fun elsewhere in week.
I should also add that our own lack of concentration is hurting us at the moment, so we *all* need to keep focused to get the job done in a single night.
This is merely a pothole in our raiding highway which is currently being filled & resurfaced. Normal 'surface' will be resumed shortly. :P
I understand what your saying TL but running into a ball 4 times in a row doesnt really have anything to do with the above :)
If people dont understand what to do please ask, it will take alot less time that way :)
Anyway.. Cu sunday and hope we can clear a few more bosses then, have a nice friday all :)
I'm sorry for the other night. I know that the fact that i'm freshly returned to raiding isn't much of an excuse, but i'm really trying to learn fights as fast as i can. The ball really took me off guard, because the collision range is a lot wider than the game texture was suggesting me.
I think we showed that we're improving, we got further this week than last and expect more this coming week.
