Well i havn't been there for the group for a little time and the question still remains if i will be the comming few weeks, as still 6 weeks to go with less people at my workplace....
But besides me not being able to play in the ops doesn't say i don't know what is going on:narnar:
I already heared a problem with a certain person his dps, doing just 150k damage while all other dps is around or above 400k damage and even the 2 tanks where above the 150k.
I thought this was just for one fight but today i had a chat with some of the raiders ingame and then i heared it wasn't just for one fight.
I know Sneaky always has been a little problem, but this is getting the group no where and will only upset more players if this keeps going on.
What i also heared is that he gave up on going tank so that is at least something that he now understands that it aint something for him.
But his dps is a problem.
I don't know if there has been any action taken already to help him out etc. But he has been helped before with his dps rotation etc before.
gear aint a problem as i think he has at least half rakata gear.
I said to them i would have a chat with the dc etc about this, so here the topic is, i also said that i won't take any direct action and will let that to the battlemasters and active dc members doing ops etc.
As i havn't been around much etc.
Also about Sneaky keep in mind, that he is taking way to much load on himself trying to play 4 online games, D3, SWTOR, BF3, WoW. That is ofcourse his problem and for doing ops he should be focust etc. but i thought i would give this info so you know about it.
So any ideas on how to solve this etc?
Its not only his DPS probs but also bout the tactics he still struggle with.
On most Ops runs he also Agro mobs after the Raid group have past the mobs, it happen each time in Denova:)
His gear is fine so to me it seems his rotation aint good.
I have read the post where been said to Sneaky bout his DPS, i think its also the first time someone said something bout it.
If no one tells bout this he also cant know offcourse!
So if Sneaky get his rotation good i see no prob for that part.
Theres lot off info bout his class on webby and internet.
My 2 cents is that you have to front up to this. We've had to do it in WoW and bench people who simply do not have the required aptitude. No nice way of doing it other than to be honest, reasoned, gentle & fair.
I cought him and Tanales on TS the other day, with Tan explaining to him all the rotations and tactics of the tanks. He also did post a couple of links for Sneaks and after looking through them myself I think he'll benefit.
In fact he did better job today afair. Though I have to have a look at the mox on the webby. Anyone have the key from last ops?

As whe wanna do Denova whe need all dps there is for last boss, last time whe had way too short off it.
No not had a chance to talk to him yet but I will grab him tomorrow
I think we also need to say to him that we have really appreciate him jumping to DPS to Tank and back and forth but I feel he should concentrate on one aspect, and I am thinking that he is better at dps than at tanking? anyone else got any imput be it negative or positive?
He should really just focus on dps, and sure it was helpfull for him stepping in as an offtank, but there is just no way he will be able to tank any content we are in now.
It aint like EV where the main tank could just step in and take all the mobs/hits now we need two main tanks that indeed know what they are doing.
And seeing he still has his dps problems and most of the time no clue on what to do he has enough to think about. Knowing the tactics is half the battle, but after wipe four and then still forgetting he had to move from stuff says enough........ Even 3 people shouting on TS didn't help and maked sure the group could go in again.... (and this after already 2 weeks of being there in that fight)
The time for babysitting is over, at the moment we are doing normal runs, i won't even try to think what will happen if we move on to hardmode's...
It is good to have him around as we don't have to many raiders but he really has to make priorities on what he really wants to do and not being in every game dMw is supporting.
