One of the changes in MoP I've been trying to get my head around is Symbiosis (http://mop.wowhead.com/spell=110309). It has the ability to make a huge difference in both PVP and PVE, potentially(!). In short, Symbiosis is a spell that a druid can cast on another non-druid.
The
druid who casts Symbiosis gets a new spell based on their own spec (Guardian/Feral/Balance/Resto) and the class that they cast it on. See the spreadsheet below for a full list.
The
receiver of Symbiosis also gains a new spell which is based on their OWN spec (the druid's spec is irrelevant to the receiver.
It's worth getting your head around what you could be receiving and then working out what use it might have for PVP or PVE benefit. The receiver's spell is usually a 'half-strength' version of the full talented spell, but it still has siginificant use. It's well worth reading the tooltip of the spell too as sometimes it's the anciliary benefits which might become useful (e.g a rogue could off-tank a boss and be crit immune with increased stamina for 30 seconds).
A full spreadsheet is here (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AgpVmSSOvlTsdG1MMTZ6OFNlU3lXZXFKS3dST0dtRmc), but here's a summary of what receivers get. If you're a druid and want to know what you will get then open the spreadsheet and take a look!

Lucky you with Tranq... I get rejuv, woopie...
I've tested this fun, from a Guardian standpoint DK's are probably the best choice as it gives us Bone Shield.
I think it is more situational than that Treach, you need to see what you need when. Spell reflect or Elusive Brew (dodge) for example . You'll need to be checking who is in the raid and which buff would be best for the fight you're then at and only then decide what you might need..
Bumping this one as a reminder to all about the new abilities that are inbound!
Yeah - got a chart printed off and everything - you should know better than to give me too many choices :p
