Graphics look pants. I hope the PC version looks better than that. Not that I'll be buying it, I've got all the rest, but don't play them anywhere near as much as CS:GO, TF2 or Tribes Ascend which have better gameplay. And doesn't look anywhere near as good as Farcry or Crysis.
Mostly be a cheapy buy for me when it goes on sale and stuff, I see this being a change in a good direction for COD but it will probably sell the least copys out of all of them mostly because typical console COD people dont like change or sci fi stuff in there "games"

Have to agree.
Nothing jumps out at me with the trailer to make me want to buy it, gameplay looks like a stolen mismash of games [Crysis2,MW2]
just seen this:
Unsure on what the listen on LAN means but dedicated servers are being supported not confirmed as per usual as to whether there is going to be any free server tools.

This thread's original purpose was to inform you Black Ops II would include ranked dedicated servers for the PC. However, as seeing that possibly more information will be revealed over time I decided to convert this thread in to a list of confirmed PC features. Sorry mate but no no no no for me twice burnt and thats it. And from what I have seen it looks dog awful.
They have ruined it.......simples......
They will never recreate the fun we had with cod4 or its predecessors, I shall not be getting it!
Looks like a no from me to

Maybe when the next gen of consoles comes out and they bother with updating the graphics of this series it'll be worth picking up another addition, but I'm not bothering till then. There are plenty of stunning games on the horizon for eye candy, and CS:GO for multiplayer (when I have free time).
They messed up the last one for me, probably gonna get it when its on sale for the single player :)
I haven't seen anything special that'll convince me to buy this yet.

Hi Chaps - long time and all that..
Anyway - I *DID* buy it! (Completely bored with everything ese at the moment)...
I completely agree about the graphics, I was surprised how mediocre they were. There is also something not right abou the way the maps play - I don't know what it is but the designs seem to be like tight little mazes especially designed to force you into run and gun. Or maybe that's because I am playing on my own instead of in a team?
I seem to remember having a few more proper gun battles in CoD:MW.
I have had fun with it - mainly because its just a new game, but the long term potencial doesn't look good. The weapons are nice, but the cooky futuristic stuff is a bit daft at times...And what's with knifing now? People seem to be able to stab you from five feet away!
I'm sticking with it - although I am completely rubbish at it - i does make me smile sometimes(but mostly there is lots of swearing)!
Hope you chaps have a really nice Christmas...All the very best...
Ranger (Steve)
I completed the singleplayer of this over the weekend, not that great to be honest.
Very scripted and below the usual standard of COD's of days gone by.
Treyarchs ones are usually worse than that of Infinity Ward's so we'll see if this is the end of the franchise or whether they will keep going with it.
