Well I think we did the right thing yesterday gave people time to chill out, ok not everyone was pleased about it, but we cant make everyone happy.
So we need to sort this out, Tuesday was horrible, there is no way we should of been like that, we have enough gear alone to take that amount of punishment.
So plans of actions another post about knowing your tactics for each of the fights, communication, but strongly worded, not fing and blinding but come on guys pull your fingers out. Also in that post I think something say we need more commitment to OP's a couple of weeks ago we were in the best position we were to finish denavo had a entire evening, but we couldnt do it due to lack of attendance.
Sneaky has stepped down which takes some pressure off, but does mean we have a lost another dps, hopefully we new people will turn up and play with us one day soon.
Also as Tan is out or could be for a number of weeks, we need to look at our tank and healers as one of our memebers is both :)

With Sneaky stepping out im only glad realy....Few things....he seems to miss things everytime "Argo mobs, dont know tactics even after months now , dps is terrible , dont know rotation for his class" to me it seems he cba with it.
That said i think also Kano need to do some research bout his class.
The last Ops run was terrible whe got whiped 3 or 4 times at the first boss and that in EV.......
I was temped to log out at that time.

Well, with Kurent up i think it balances the dps (since he said he'd done 3/4 EC HM in previous guild), but we are still lacking a healer. I think some tank guidance would be nice for Kano aswell.
Warm did say that Nys could step in soon, so that would be nice, especially that Twyst knows his fights tanking-wise.
