We're only planning to clear through HC Spine and leave Madness for Tuesday so that Incendia gets the mount (he is not there on Sunday). We only have 9 people signed up for the Sunday raid: 2 tanks, 3 healers, 1 melee dps, 3 ranged
Absentees for Sunday are:

and Hubbah is set to Tentative.
So I've suggested to Jinx & Midd that they try to be around on Sunday night for the raid and added them to the raid calendar invites for that raid. This will give us: 2 tanks, 3 healers, 2 melee dps, 4 ranged dps (and I'm pretty sure that a ranged dps will be willing to sit out for some). If we can use Jinx or Midd then (a) we get 10 people in the raid and (b) they can hoover up whatever unwanted gear drops to assist their levelling.
Also, we plan to do one Normal DS clearance on 13th September to finish off the meta Achievements. With me potentially not being there (FTTP migration that day) then we might be short that night too, so again they can pad the numbers and snaffle any loose gear that drops. I've invited them to this raid too.
