In Phase one, we had 3 Rain of Blades (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=122406) where healers did one CD each (Tranq, Ascendance, Zen)
In Phase 2, the boss does alot more damage (due to 3 stacks of Recklesness (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=122354), and this also applies to Rain of Blades.
Cooldown order p2:
1st: Slush (Healing Tide) - Whytee DG
2nd: Jas Tranq - Guru Rally Cry
3rd Zolena - Milly Tranq
4th Slush Ascendance + TL
5th Zolena + Whatever else is back up.
Boss should be dead before 6th, and I think we only had 5x Rain of Blades (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=122406) in phase 2.
Range issues:
Healers should stay closer to middle than the rdps, as we want our heals to hit everyone.
In addition I changed my talents to suit - I replaced Nature's Vigil (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=124974) for survivability CD and "sustained" DPS increase by using Heart of the Wild (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=108288) - this macro'd in with Tranq is much better for Healing
bump for RGW
which adds did u cc?
One of each and then assigned interrupts to the healers throughout until they are dead (2 per).
single target or aoe? if single, order of them?
Was a mix of single & aoe, but the healers were the first killed.
the others tended to die within seconds of each other.
The healers were killed first because we have some people focused on them so they can interrupt. As the primary target they tend to die ahead of other 'splash damage' targets, they were not deliberately single targeted down first, but it does help if they are gone first (and they tend to be if you have people focused on them for interrupts). If you do not have an interrupt you tend to just AOE the entire phase 1, e.g. I spam mind sear for 3-4 minutes in that fight.
cheers. and for tanks? 1 on boss rest on adds? or a split of 2 adds + boss and rest on last tank?
1 tank only. 3 healers and 6 happy dps.
First night on this boss, needs a tweak but should be a kill soon :)
