I think we're just about there on this boss and we were unlucky to not get the kill last night.   Key points for next week are:

-group when adds come
-ring of frost, entangling roots & do NOT hit anything other than the 'skull'
-MOVE AWAY from cc'd adds or when rooted they will start hitting you!
-tanks cross-taunt and swap 'skull' and boss on 10 stacks (more than this and the spray starts hitting for insane amounts)
-try not to stand in the area where the cross-taunt will occur (boss was tanked on the marked tank start position and skull is always pulled to the side, so the no go area is between those two points)

If we stick to that, the first time we handle adds properly I think we have the kill.

This goes down this week, so make sure you are prepped and understand the Sha fight as that's our second new kill for the week!

Ok, so we killed it, but with only Ammon & Zolena alive at the end it was not exactly a 'text book' kill!  The thing that we need to get on top of quickly is the handling of the adds as these are either gibbing a healer or we lose a tank during that phase, so let's do some web research on the adds, their control and healing during this phase so that we can bring this fight under more reliable control before we get back there again next week.

Ok, just looked at the logs.   It's a 10 minute enrage and we killed it in 7min 47 sec.    It seems we outgear it from a dps point of view by a considerable margin, so why don't I go disc for that fight and we can 4 heal it?   I can focus mainly on dps for the most part, but heal and use CDs for the add phases?   That means we can split 2 healers to each tank and have CDs up for pretty much every phase.

Its an option tho 90% of the fight feels like it could be 2 healed ..... If it makes a stable kill im all for it tho

To me ring of frost really does feel "too" short term, we have ten seconds of lockdown followed by panic & gibs.
In addition to blasting the Tar out of Skull, we could have longer cc's thrown in on specific markers by set players.
Such as Hubbah chucking a freeze trap under Square, I could Blind Cross and such, these last for ages and solve the post ten second panic.
Trouble with the adds in general is they don't just whack people, they one shot them when they're loose, I myself got clobbered for half a million by one add during one of our wipes.
Slush also if i recall has a bind elemental, with the ten seconds of these things being frozen by ring of frost, it doesn't take much to just pick out your assigned mark, cc it then make Skull go away.

Even one or two additional hits on the tank team later on by these hard hitting Trucks seems to make life rock hard for our healers.

The only other issue really is taking care with anything that can remotely aoe, Midd's Living Bomb for example :P
The adds themselves are really really controllable, even the three paladins casting hammer of justice would buy time, we just need to coordinate it a little.
