Thread for the discussion of the Heroic version of this encounter.
Main differences:
Qiang:
Dispel Impervious Shield (dps do not kill yourself before this is dispelled!)
2 walls of Flanking orders at same time
-hunter/mage/priest/shaman/hunter pet
Subetai
Sleight of Hand - can be stunned to stop use of ability - otherwise if you hit him your armour, damage & healing all go down by 50% for 30 seconds.
Sleight of Hand lasts for 8 seconds, chain stuns for that duration.

Meng
Delirious - enrage ability - tranq shot etc to remove this asap
- Druid (soothe), Hunter (Tranq shot), Rogue (Shiv)
Zian
Shield of Darkness - raid wiper - stop dps BEFORE it comes in - dispell it, then restart attacking.
Weak Aura string for Shield of Darkness:

Note:
Next Boss arrives when previous boss is at 30%, so we will have to deal with 2 bosses at a time.
Aim to time the transitions to 30% to avoid multiple major abilities + use CDs to burn through 30-0% to get back to 1 boss.
Useful macro to watch debuffs on 2 bosses:
/targetexact Subetai the Swift
/targetexact Zian of the Endless Shadow
/targetexact Meng the Demented
/focus
Bump for next reset for RGT.
Fun boss. Get used to Volley>Annihilate & pillage in quick succession.
the first transition, Quiang to Subetai is apparently the hardest one in the event according to a friend of mine. (Momento)
Yep, I think we'd figured that too!
Some interesting class specific tips nicely summarized here:

Im thinking about Puja's suggestion.. And I somehow have this feeling it would benefit the raid more than doing it the way we are now. "Left, right, back a little". This tend to get slightly confusing.
Yes, im aware that we have done this part perfectly already, but Im glad I have spirit wolf form to avoid Flanking Orders.
Here is a tips/tricks video, and I do think we would benefit from raid marks in the corners..

And yes, Ammon; 1st transition is supposedly the hardest.
