Apparently, worth a look for only $20. Checkit owt (http://www.game-stockcar.com.br/en/gameinfo.html) I don't race any more but one of my mates that does described it as 'kick ass' :g:
I plan to try it when I get the time,
I just found out that there is a demo too:
"Game Stock Car 2012 Demo offers 30 days of unlimited gameplay with several cars and tracks from the full Game. If you are yet to try the full Game or did not get enough from the 60 minute trial available with the full version, this Demo allows for a proper go at most of the cars available in the full Game in two tracks, with a total of 5 different layouts."
Just played it for a few hours this morning, found it a little bit more fun than lfs, and the mini's (BMW) handling was awesome, definatley looking at getting this when o/c house allows
Thanks Doors, looks interesting.
ok another update.
well the AI is a little bit dumb, been trying races and they stick to pretty much the same line and will run you off the road to maintain that line. I havent played with the settings yet but they dont make mistakes either. I am though having a lot of fun with this, when you turn all the help off it is such a rewarding feeling when you do a good lap. Still playing it, and wil tonight as well. Ron you gotta try it, i think you'll will like it
Hung up my racing boots and swapped them for leather flying helmet and goggles. Oh, did you ever come across intelligent AI? Not in a racing game anyway.
Had a go of the 30 day trial and I am impressed. Only tried 2 cars so far, the V8 stockcar (feels a little odd, surprising understeer. That could be setup though.) I also tried the F3 car, which is a a lot of fun.
FFB is definitely the best Rfactor FFB I have used. Graphics are great, the tracks in particular are really impressive. The sounds is also very good.
It's pretty much like the best of the best Rfactor mods (realfeel, sounds, tracks, cars) all in one package.
The only problem, which they can't do much about, is the Rfactor multiplayer system which compared to LFS is pretty restrictive...no mid race join etc.
Still, I can see myself buying this.

I did buy it, and agree with you that it is quite good. The biggest problem I see is that they (gMotor) don't simulate a gearbox.
Other than that I loved the cars I tried. Didn't try the F1 cars and the Camaro much, but the rest was great.
Lots of tracks to learn though.
The race-ability is superb and the AI was great if you cranked them up to abt. 100 and increased the aggressiveness.
I not sure this has a lasting appeal like LFS, and hopefully AC or pCars will have, but while we wait it might be money well spent.
Could anyone that has bought the game try the dedicated server (GSC Dedicated.exe in the game folder) as I downloaded the demo and can't get it to show any tracks when setting a server up.

It seems to work here.
Thx Vobler, I'll try downloading the 60 min version, maybe the demo version has bits missing.
Had ago of the mini. This is also very good.
I tried the road going Chevy too and was not too impressed. Some amount of tire squealing, felt and sounded odd.
The Mini and F3 are heaps of fun though.
