Dead Men Raiding's RGT raid group dipped a toe into Heroic waters last night for the first time and after very few pulls managed to defeat what is arguably the simplest heroic encounter, Heroic Stoneguards. However it's great to get off the starting blocks for Heroics again and a fantastic boost to our realm progress!
Great job RGT, may there be many more Heroic kills following swiftly!

FWIW (lies, damn lies & statistics) I just noticed that we managed to get a whole bunch of rankings on the World of Logs site for last night's raid.
http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/g10k0wp8agy72f7o/
Rankings (all in the 200-300 region) were achieved on the following bosses:
Heroic:
Stoneguards: Ammon, Guru, Halbarad, Midd, Milly, Puja, Slush, Teaell, Whytee, Zolena (that's the entire raid)
Normal:
Feng - Ammon, Jesung, Midd, Teaell
Spirit Kings - Ammon, Jesung, Midd, Milly
Elegon - Ammon, Guru, Halbarad, Jesung, Midd, Milly, Slush
Will of the Emperor - Ammon, Midd, Milly, Puja
The Gara'jal log had some rankable performances too, but due to the logs not recording everything (due to the two realms) then the log failed the minimum damage done to boss test.
It might be that we also get a couple of top 200 rankings once the log is properly analysed (takes up to 8 hours). The detailed log page makes some wierd statements which don't seem to tie up with the rankings granted on the main log page, so I have no idea what is going on!
From this page (http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/g10k0wp8agy72f7o/rankinfo/) it seems that we might have several top 200 performances as they are well over the 100% limit for that boss:
Feng: Jesung, Midd, Teaell
Spirit Kings: Jesung, Midd, Puja
Elegon: Midd, Teaell
Will of The Emperor: Teaell
If someone has a clue what all these rankings mean, please post and let us know because it confused the heck out of me. Whatever it means, it still seems nice to get a ranking though!
Well done all! :thumbsup::dmw::cheers:
Was so nice that Jim found that link for the 3 tank strat ( note for Guru....3rd tank does NOT tank ;) ) and then to kill it so easily ( it almost seemed easier than normal mode tbh )...........I think it could be 2 healed tbh as I spent much of my time doing the John Travolta thing on the lit up dance floor in ghost wolf and only throwing heals when it looked like it needed it.
Cheers

[h=3]Rankings up to #300

In order to provide more value for our subscribers, we have added 100 subscriber-only ranking spots. This means that we're now saving 300 rankings for every combination of boss encounter, difficulty and class specialization. The lowest 100 spots are available to subscribers only! We will update the templates for the ranking pages to include a message that indicates this when looking at the subscriber-only ranking spots (#201-300) on short term.

Regarding rankings I am always a little curious.....especially healing rankings.
To heal by huge amounts means the raid taking huge amounts of damage to heal up......but of course if the raid is doing it right and taking the minimal amount of damage the the healers will be having an "easy" time...........best way I can see to get ranked as a healer is to join a raid where everyone takes the max damage without dying and pushing the healers to the max........seems an odd way of ranking tbh as it is classifying the healers according to how badly the raid does its job.
Sprit Kings is the perfect example.......done badly you could generate huge healing numbers.......but done well it is almost sleepy time and I would not be surprised if we could solo heal it.
