Excellent film. I expected the rating to be pushing closer to a 9 personally. A much better film than Dark Knight Rises (which got the same rating). Whether it deserves a 9 (equal to the Dark Knight) I'm not sure...depends how I feel after re-watching a few times. But it certainly is worth watching in the cinema.

I saw it a few weeks ago and thought it was okay, but not excellent. The movie has gotten good reviews for being one of the best Tarantino movies with his trademark dialogue scenes, but i seem to grow a bit tired of feeling the movie is same-same-but-different as his last movie. Characters are great, actors are great and the scenes are good, but i dont really like the way he always have to use 30 minutes on a specific scene and then 30 seconds tearing it all down again, where everybody ends up dead. I liked Kill Bill Vol1 a lot more than this one, lets hope rumors stick with VOL3 if they can come up with a good script.

Thoroughly enjoyed it, found it very close to the line at points but well set out. The scene with the first 'lynch' mob is gold dust on it's own.

There's a lot of blood, but you know what you're getting with Tarantino and he delivers here.

Christoph Waltz is superb as he has been previously. Worth watching for his performance, he is riveting.

Anything would be better than "Spiders" - avoid that at all costs!

He got his second Oscar as Dr. Schultz in Django, first one from Inglourious Basterds. Well deserved.
