"On Monday the WTO's dispute settlement body gave final authorisation for Antigua
to sell movies, music, games and software via a store that would be able to
ignore US copyright and trademark claims"

Sounds good to me!! :norty:

Wow, I'm massively against the current copyright system...but I don't think this is really a good option. I've no idea what the WTO is thinking, but it seems pretty controversial. Anything that leads to true reform of the system sounds like it could be a good idea...but will likely end badly.

That's the problem with a world body where a member can ignore prior rulings for years with impunity.    This one simply tries to allow a smaller member the opportunity to claw back money owed.
