Been looking at the steam workshop maps for CS:GO, there are some nice ones in there, even some old classics which really have been done well!
My recommendations, some I was unsure about:

Might be worth looking at https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/CSGO_Workshop_For_Server_Operators for Meathook. If we want to do it then we just need someone to come up with the list that I can replicate using the "Server" Steam account we have and then modify the startup command for MH. We'd then get the benefit of automatic updates on the maps. I'd recommend not doing it on Boomer as it could cause people to leave if they need to wait between maps for downloads.
Fond memories of Cobble would be a good additon
Thanks for the link, I have published a small collection / list of custom maps here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=126287306 If and when required. Stock maps could be added, so if any new ones are kept, it could be set in normal rotation.
I think now it just needs the authorisation key server side If I have understood that correctly

My understanding is that I would need to build the collection using the Steam Account the server runs under and generate the Authorization key from that account. We would then ONLY be able to play maps that are part of that collection and would not be able to run maps downloaded from other locations (this could be seen as a good or bad thing).
shame, thought you would of had the ability to import a collection, in case there was a way I have created another list with the genuine stock maps included here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=126302701
Obviously to be used at blunts descression.
I'm all for trying some new/re-booted maps.
Those links give the message

I have changed them from 'friends only' to 'public', but you still should of been able to of seen them :g:
Some great finds there Snokes
Good fun trying to remember the layouts.
Cbble is a deffo keeper I'd say.
If possible, Is there any chance of adding the maps to the server list on MH (not as part of rotation) so we can get some group testing one night Whitey?

I've subscribed and played a few last night, but I'm unable to locate them in my map folder.
Do these workshop maps get stored differently from usual?
Edit: I found them in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\18234291\ugc\referenced\**************\mymaps

At work so can't check but is there a way to download them individually? If they can then yes but you wont get the automatic updates which is the bit I liked as it keeps the client and server on the same version.
Client side yes, just need to be logged into steam and 'subscribe' (aka download) to each map, Updates should't be too much of an issue as they looked pretty polished so I doubt there will be updates.

That won't work on the server though.

TBH I'm not bothered about maps from other locations.
If that is the only disadvantage, then let's do it (assuming we can revert to normal if it proves unsuitable)
I am a little late on this thread, but I must say it was a nice addition to the game to see old classic maps back! So keep 'em comming! :)

Can you please change the photo on that page.
If you're calling it dMw and dMw's list all over the place then please can you use our logo not a cropped out version of yours on both the page below and when you click the link

Thanks :)
Been deleted now as no longer required :)
I think you had to look under my profile to actually see the collection rather than someone searching dMw (was only for admin use).
