Need to spend a bit of time clearing up permissions. If people leave on their main they need access revoked. I've removed Jack's access and I am sure there are more.
It's not foolproof as not every badge is linked to a set of forum permissions, but the awards button above gives a nice overview of who has access to what?
It checking the forum list against the guild membership list Smilo. It's just a time-consuming job.
Its ok for the ones we see leave ....Its the ones that sneak away in the wee hours. Social members not very active on the game or forums are a pain to backtrack. Ill try to set some time to one side and have a look who is/not active.
The officer notes in game work great but when they leave we loose the player name and the note.
Just a question on access

was able to reply to a post in the dMr members only section but his badge was removed......

I was about to ask the same thing. The permissions check should run every hour iirc, so with a badge removed by me at before 6pm, he was able to reply almost 3 hours later?
cc to Smilo to ask the question!
I removed him manually last night. I'll check the script when I get home this afternoon.

Ok, I removed him last night too though when I posted in that thread. So is it that I did not remove him correctly?
I just removed him from the Deadmen Raiding Green Badge Holder Group in the admin panel. In theory removing the badge should have removed the usergroup though?
I'm going to set up a Google doc spreadsheet with every usergroup and badge combo. I can then cross reference it to the script and see which badges are linked to groups and which aren't. I thought the script was up to date now, but something seems amiss,
