Even if it is over warranty it is worth having a chat with them, they might give you a goodwill replacement.

ok m8 thx
Sorry for the thread necromancy, but it's linked to both this mouse and the left click, so I thought it would worth using the existing thread and adding to it.
My Razer Naga (bought in 2010) has just this week started to show signs of reaching end-of-life status. It's done almost 3.5 years of heavy duty (and I mean real heavy duty) MMO service, and I am just now starting to see double clicks being entered when I have only single-clicked. This is a relatively common problem on ageing Naga mice apparently, which is apparently down to the left click contact within the mouse getting gunked up or worn to a state where it starts to register double clicks instead of single clicks.
The Manual Fix:
In order to clean the contact and potentially fix the mouse you need to remove the glide pad from the underside of the mouse and strip it down to get to the electronics - and even then you're not guaranteed to get it working 100% afterwards or more than a short extension to the life of the mouse. Having removed the glide pad, you then have no glide pad, a ripped mouse-base sticker (which you then also need to peel off and remove) and you get left with a mouse that is not as nice as when you started. So, the way forward is:
The Automated Fix:
Buy a new 2014 Naga Expert which is the modern version of the original Naga (and the 2012 Naga). It now uses mechanical switches on the thumb buttons and has doubled the dpi performance of the mouse.
Win!
You can buy LEFT or RIGHT hand versions of this mouse from the dMw Amazon shop:

I ended doing the automatic fix.lol
