Oddly I went back to this last week and am actually enjoying the storylines, PvP and Flashpoints again. Not sure what has piqued my interest in this old game but it's fun. Sadly the old server we were on has been merged and the new server was a nightmare of idiots and griefers so I quickly rolled a new Bounty Hunter on a RP server. Not much role play but it's a more civilised and pleasant place to be.
Hutta is still a cess pit though :D
Ice/Grimmer is still playing this loads, mostly pvp if you are looking for a friendly face.
Yup the game is still alive, and yes the changes maked since the launch improved the game alot. Even the operations are now on a level that keeps the hardcore raiders going for a while and they get tougher and more fun each time.
As the game is now also free to play (i still subscribe ofcourse) you will find alot of players on the starting planets, and alot of weird chat going on etc.
As Toby already said i am still playing that game alot, but i am mainly playing pvp (with an operation from time to time for a nice change from the pvp with the group), my main is still: Grimnar. i won't start listing my alts as even i am lost in that list :narnar:
At the moment bioware is fighting to get the class balance sorted out (nothing new there in mmo's) so you might see a few small patches comming out. For the rest patch 2.7 should just be around the corner, that will be a new challenge patch for the high level players (new operation modes etc and gear.)

Can't even remember what server I'm on, it's the English speaking RP server though. Mainly playing as a single player with a bit of PvP and ops thrown in. It just surprised me how fun it is.

A bit outdated video as that toon is now 55 aswell. But yeah I only do pvp at the moment and can't get enough of it.
