Just so I have this right

Game Leader - Jas

DMR Coucil - Michelanio, TeaLeaf (full forum access regardless), Whitey (full forum access regardless)

DMR Raid Leader -Mariotet

DMR Raider - Agastrat, Ammon, Ayla, Devlan, Guru, Hubbah, Milli

DMR Guild Member - 126 other forum members

Michelanio should have access to all DMR related forums
Mariotet should have access to all DMR related froums except this one (DMR Council)
Agastrat, Ammon, Ayla, Devlan, Guru, Hubbah, Milli should have access to all DMR related forums execpt this one and the Raid Leaders Forum
126 Guild members should have access to the DMR Members Only forum but not Boss Compendium, Raid Leaders or DMR Council.

Assuming that's correct the forums 'should' all be working as intended.

Out of interest then, what's the last post showing in the Boss Compendium section and is it earlier than the last posts in the Ji-Kun thread?

I'm beginning to wonder if BA4 has some how got a database table mixed up and it needs resetting maybe?

Ok, but there are posts after that in the Ji-Kun thread, so the 'last post' shown is wrong.   I reckon it's linked.    

Lemme go grab some moonshine and an enema, that'll fix it.

No, I meant the Ji-Kun thread in the Boss Compendium section:

Posts in that were after the Durumu one mentioned above so should have been showing as 'latest'.   The Durumu thread with my post from yesterday is sitll showing as latest, despite there having been later posts after that one (even in the same thread!)

In the Durumu thread TL posted yesterday at 3:15pm
When I log in I usually hit the new posts or today's posts button.... It came up with a usual couple of pages of normal forum chatter

After reading this i though lets have a look at the thread and bugger me Devlan has sneaked in post at 10:14pm yesterday. I can see if i navigate to it. The forum tho is still showing up as TL making the last post at 3:15pm.

I dont know. It must be linked...... it may ring a bell with permissions/options or just make our heads explode

Still cant see any new posts in that section and the link you posted jas takes me to a post that TL did at 3:15 yesterday

Okey,

Tanales now has the raider user group and blue badge, so he should be fine. I think he was missed off the list posted above.

I am assuming that the right people now have access to the right forums, a confirmation that the Raiders are all fine would be nice.


The Throne of Thunder sub forum seems to be working fine, everything is set as open and the forum is viewable, can be posted to and is being indexed. However anything posted into the Jin-Kun and Durumu threads are being placed into a moderation queue. I've validated everything so posts should now appear. I have no idea why it's happening though. The throne of Thunder forum is not set to require moderation and other threads in the forum work fine? Investigations are ongoing.

It seems posts are still being moderated in the Throne of Thunder forum. I've checked every setting and as of about 7pm this evening everything is set to the right permissions. As it's happening to different people I don't think it's a usergroup issue but something specific to the forum itself. However I just can't see what is set wrong.
