So in amongst ridiculous work hours and my stupid schedule I somehow signed up for a Tough Mudder (http://toughmudder.co.uk/) a few months back. Well, I completed it yesterday and had a superb time. I did little to no training, but managed to get through it. I'm in a fair amount of DOMS pain today but immediately signed up for the next one in Wales. I'll see you couch potatoes there.
Anyone done one or the Spartan Race which may be next on my list, I'm sure I have OCD.
I am buff, super buff, touch me if you like.
Did you go by yourself? Looks like fun and thought about doing it last year

Well done that man, many many years ago I did a http://www.toughguy.co.uk/ run so I feel your pain.
That looks awesome. I'm trying to convince a few people at work to do the one in Yorkshire in September.
I'm doing the three peaks next year, that should be a gentle stroll :)
We did it as a team, signed up for the next one in Wales already. Happy days! Jumping in ice cold water doesn't half make your jewels ache :)
My hero!! Can I squeeze your biceps?
Sounds too much like hard work. I think I'll stick to mountain bike marathons.

I'll stick to sitting and drinking very cheap whiskey :-)
What would Smite say, you've all gone soft. I'm booked in for the one in Wales in September and will be doing no training again. Because I'm rock hard. Or Stupid. Or both.
And yes, Sn00ks, you can touch my biceps. Squonk!!! Great to see you're still around, especially given I've seen the whisky you drink and it's not whisky, it would struggle to be classed as turps to be fair, but good times though......you too can touch my biceps, but you can use your hands.
See, I'm a warrior now.
