Been on and off the forum a lot today whilst in a conference and it's been working fine for me (Tapatalk 2)
Tapatalk 4 is very slow at getting the updates for the unread messages. And searches aren't quick either. :/

Well, it is Beta at the moment, not tried it myself as Tapatalk 2 on my Nexus 4 is where I use it most, not on a tablet.
I've just updated the Tapatalk plugin to the latest version (we were 7 days out of date), so let's see if that helps. We'll only update the plugin periodically during Beta revisions due to the additional workload, so it might be that between updates you do see some slower performance if you are on the Beta client. Hopefully this update helps though.
Tapatalk/play spammed a notification at me at 3am to "update to version 4 for only 99c" :mad:

Should of purchased it whilst it was cheap. You won't get the updates for the beta one now. Goes from 99c to 5$ iirc.
