I have to get my head around how this works.

I've read the wiki so am going to give it a try.

Can someone please point me to the link where I can calculate the correlative co-ordinates between the Nether and the Overworld.

Anyones know if we have an Obisidian generator anywhere handy? I believe there's one in the dMw village but have had no luck finding it.

There is a 2 block generator behind Smilo's house in the village.

or.....

Inside my house, at the base of the large tower, there is a trapdoor in the centre of the room. Drop down there and directly opposite there is a corridor into the under pool observation room, before you go through there is a switch to your right. Flick the switch will open up the stairs to my redstone testing room, in which there is an 11 block generator.

Take redstone and a diamond pick.

There's also an obsidian generator at mine if needed :)
