As I do not bother subscribing to Sky Sports (you end up paying for so much sport that you do not want) I thought I would give NFL Game Pass a try as the NFL is the one thing that was on Sky Sports that I really want to watch (and I get the College Football equivalent free via BT).
About £100 gives you full access to a huge media library and TV schedule, all streamed to your PC and mobile device. So far I'm very impressed, streaming quality is extremely high (and variable depending on the speed of your connection - I'm streaming at 4500Kbps which is HD) and has rewinds, pause etc just like iplayer or other OD tv. The subscription gives you:
Every Preseason + Regular Season game throughout the season.
Replays of all 2013 NFL Playoff games - Including Super Bowl XLVIII.
24/7 Livestream of NFL Network
Archived condensed games inc classic Super Bowls, NFL Network programs and every game from 2009-2012.
Coaches Film (22 exclusive angles + endzone) to let you watch and analyze the game like a pro football coach.
Access to all above through 31 July 2014.
Now if you're an NFL fan that's quite an impressive package for the price. You get a
7 day free trial (which I am using to watch the Bear's game tonight) but I am almost certainly going to go ahead with the subscription as it allows me to watch the NFL whenever I want and without having to suffer Sky's biggest presentation aberration (Kevin Cadle).

If you're a fellow NFL fan and fancy some of the NFL Game Pass Action then do us both a favour and use this link:

Enjoy the NFL!
Enjoy the Season Tealeaf, I'm a huge NFL fan, have followed the chiefs since the 70's (although these last couple of years have been hard).
The bears are looking good for this season.

I've been a Bear's fan since the late seventies. When I was still at school I even used to go out and buy the International Herald Tribune (which reached the UK on a Wednesday back then) to find out the scores from the previous weekend's games! I've followed the Bears ever since. I've also got a soft spot for the Falcons as Mick Luckhurst went to the same school and had close connections (ie supplied lots of Falcons equipment) to the St Albans team for whom I used to play. I've seen both teams live and *have* to get my fix of football every year!
I can strongly recommend the 'coaches film' element, allows awesome viewing of plays which you simply don't see on the broadcast picture.
Thanks for the tip.
Seattle and Green Bay play in 10 minutes...
You probably get more access choice from ON, whereas here in the UK we get very few
Here's hoping the cheeseheads get sliced to pieces.......
I was not far from you last summer, took the family up to Toronto and then up to the Blue Mountain area, Collingwood, Wasaga beach etc.
lol...I grew up on CFB Borden and almost lived at Wasaga beach in the summer months. You could stream the Seattle game from feed2all.eu
Could you believe that Detriot just hammered the Pats last night:yahoo:

Already bought the season pass at the start of the preseason after buying the playoffs this winter. Been a lot of talk of NFL in Norway becuase of Havard 'Kickalicious' Rugland fighting for a kicker spot at Detroit Lions. Have never had any real ties to teams just like to watch and root against New England Patriots. Maybe my favorite team has been Green Bay Packers since that was the team I supported in the first Superbowl I watched but now it must really be Seattle Seahawks since my parents live in the area now.
If I could buy such a thing for the rugby premiership I would be a happy, happy man.
Sent from my Galaxy S3 LTE.
again..just look for feed2all.eu
It's free.
The Bears and the Browns tonight, my Chiefs have the Packers to deal with, gonna be a great weekend for NFL! :yahoo:

Aye I'll be watching them this morning with my tea & breakfast!

Only watched the first quarter of the Beras game, but I'm really impressed by Jordan Palmer's pocket presence, very calm & pretty accurate it seems - 7 of 9 passes and 3 for 3 on third down! Ford gets my vote for the 3rd tailback spot, he's made some solid moves both in the backfield and on special teams this pre-season.
Looking forward to seeing what the final roster cuts are, current roster is 75 and they need to be down to 53 by 6pm EST tomorrow (11pm UK). That'll put over 700 NFL players out of work
Tyler Bray (QB Second string) looked awesome for the chiefs last night, took GB down by a score of 30-8. Hemingway was almost unstoppable, if we can keep this up into the regular season (I hope, I pray) we may make the playoffs this year. What I wouldn't give for a super bowl trophy!
Enjoy those Bears TeaLeaf

Ford is still alive and with a chance of making the final roster. Jordan palmer got cut though, so it just goes to show I'm no talent scout! :roflmao:
A big day today with the Manning Bowl III and the two favorites Seahawks and 49ers meeting for the first of 2 possibly 3 games this season. I doubt I will stay awake for the 49ers-seahawks game and rather watch it tomorrow but the only question is what 13:00 ET game to watch.
For me it's a no-brainer, Chicago v Minnesota!
Go Bears!
I'll be watching the Chiefs and Cowboys, but I'll be keeping an eye on Da Bears.
Seahawks and 49ers should also be a great game.

Guess I'll have to wait for the Bears game as I had forgotten it is a Sky TV selected game in the UK, so I will not be able to stream it until tomorrow. How annoying
Might flit between the ATL/STL game and the IND/MIA game (I have Luck on one of my Fantasy teams).
So many teams came back in the last 2 minutes in the early games yesterday, My Chiefs squeaked a 17-16 win. 2 and 0 bring on the Eagles next Thrusday.
No spolier TeaLeaf, but that bears game was a real ground pounder Enjoy

Couldn't believe the SF/SEA game. A thumping is an understatement.
This weekend's pewpewlazorbeam award goes to Michael Vick and the PHI Eagles.
And one of my Fantasy teams got hammered big time by some lucky git who had both Aaron Rodgers and Julio Jones on it!
My Chiefs won again last night, takes us to 3-0 more than all the games we won last season. It's still early but I really like the way they are playing.
Good luck against the Steelers TeaLeaf, Go Bears!
Ant
Didn't watch the game but possibly the best penalty ever.

[/URL]Looking most forward to 49ers vs Colts and Redskins vs Lions this weekend though not many interesting games.
I thought that was possibly the Eagle's best play of the game!
Quote from: TeaLeaf;375738I thought that was possibly the Eagle's best play of the game!
Yah, at least he didn't drop the ball :roflmao:
I forget who it was, but last week there was a play where the center snapped the ball but did not move, neither did the o-line. I think he was hoping to draw an offside penalty, but it ended up with him holding the ball under his backside with a false-start flag flying towards him!
Horrible weather on the east coast made for some of the most interesting games of the season this weekend. Still watching the 49ers - Seahawks games but this is already the best weekend of the regular season so far.
I'll make sure that I get to see that one this week then!

Jordan Palmer got re-signed by the Bears last year after Jay Cutler went down to injury and just got signed to another 1 year contract with the Bears. Perhaps that's more luck than judgement on my part!
Thought this was fitting with pre-season starting soon.
