Android KitKat unveiled in Google surprise move (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-23926938)
QuoteGoogle is calling the next version of its mobile operating system Android KitKat.
The news comes as a surprise as the firm had previously indicated version 4.4 of the OS would be Key Lime Pie.
Seems like an odd choice, especially when Nestle has such a terrible history of doing some really dreadful things (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nestl%C3%A9_boycott) to try to make more profit. As the BBC article states if you associate your product with another company you're going to get tarred with the same brush if they go and do something stupid. Key Lime Pie would have been a far better choice IMHO.
Doesn't really fit in with Google's 'Don't be evil' mantra, does it?
Nestle are a pretty despicable bunch.

Regardless it's going to be fun to see what they do with the partnership. Could be a laugh if Google get to 'be silly' with the name. No peanuts link is a good start. :D
