Moving Sockets , power network & tv.
filling holes in the walls thats been there for an age.
using the computer desks parked in the middle of the room to paint doors, and will have carpets to lay down :)
and my temperary living room since the other one is kinda taken down for use as a paint shop ect

Rather cramped but I managed to get my pc back in action.
Taking longer than anticipated but I aim to also make it to most raids also
hehe yeh that looks a mess atm, lets see some after pics when its done as well mate :)
and one question, why do bitts insist on using carpets? there are alot of alternatives that are more resilient and easier to keep clean.
carpet is nicer on the foot and warmer :P
You haven't walked on a vinyl floor I guess then mate ^_^

Carpets also trap a lot of dust, keeping it of the air somewhat, its no problem just using a vacuum to clean up :)
you can probably see in the pics that the vinyl tiles that are down are kinda knackred.
they're in the same condition or in some cases worse thoughout my place :( , so loads of carpets needed.
Walls painted and the mains repair done :)

First coat of paint on the woodwork finally.
now the radiator looks dirty compared to the rest, time to buy the needed paint rofl.
and gotta paint the doors which i have since removed.

my pc's are usually over to the right of that door where i installed a double network socket.
one of the doors is laid flat on the computer tables :).
Started adding primer to the woodwork in the passageway.

to be honest this part is what i dreaded the most due to the amount of doors in one place.
Eek! Rather you than me, I hate DIY and I especially hate painting doors!
gotta say, seems like ton of fun.
but am having this tricky question, second picture in the first post shows a shoe on the table that mysteriously disappeared in almost all of the new pictures. I wonder what did you do with it?
if its an ugly answer then I preserve the right not to know
the pair of trainers was moved to the temperary living room so they didn't end up getting painted by mistake with me spilling paints.
Door frames & Doors themselves finally painted with Gloss.

I'm giving the paint a day or so to ensure its not easilly damaged before I re-hang the doors & re fit the handles ect :)
Carpet tiles are going in nicely.

It took me a bloody age to ship all of the paints tools and junk out of the room once I had finished painting doors.
I'm not looking forward to moving the sofa back in though, it bearly goes through the door way.
I'm currently re-decorating my lounge/living room.
I'll have to remove the window to take out our old settee and get our new one in (old cottages huh!).
The 15 week lead-time on the new settee is a god-send.
Glad I don't need to remove windows to fit furniture in, as getting it up 15 floors on the outside would be awfully hard.
Meh , hit a Snag while getting things put back.
Ran out of these little sods

Still have another couple of dvd racks to install :(
still making progress.

Still gotta get this pc moved, shouldn't take long to be done in there once I buy the needed fittings.

I do hope you'll be painting that entrance aswell, reminds me of an 80 year's old lady's place, with that hideous brown.
oh yeah, that brown is definitely going away.
hated it ever since I moved in here.
edit: passage is now worse than ever with exposed plaster left and right, and the dust from sanding down has got EVERYWHERE in my place.
grabbed a mop and started damping the place down to capture the damn dust.
Booo, ran out of money and work ground to a halt due to lack of paint,
Will restart on payday.
