Well guys, I have tried it (N.B. the cracked full version). I have played the demo and it rocked big time.
I have an AMD XP 1900+, 512 MB DDR, GeForce 3 Ti500 and ran the demo in 1280x1024x32 and everything turned up at max. My framerate was great and the game flowed without any problems.
Now, the full game. Unplayable at the same settings on the same maps as in the demo. I went down to 1024x768x16 and almost everything at low before it was decent ... still not as perfect as the demo.
The new maps were cool but the new characters were boring actually.
I do hope this is a cracked game issue, but if the full game is the same I recommend you NOT to buy it.
I have never been more disappointed in a game ... :(
I do hope it just the cracked version as i have been looking forward to this game for some time now.
It is being released this friday so we will see what it is like......

So Unreal Tournament 2003 is released tomorrow. i have purchased my copy through gameplay.co.uk who are selling it for £27 next day delivery, i had it previously preordered through GAME who decided to up their price to £35 so sod em.
Anyway found this little link a few days ago for setting up your UT2003 it has increased my FPS quite a lot and now runs smooth aswell.

The settings need changing in the UT2003.ini which is located in UT2003demo/system folder.
To check your FPS in game open the console with the @ key and type stat fps

Wow how good is this game. the Graphics are superb and runs smooth aswell(after .ini file tweak) with all options on max.
Sadako im glad that i didnt listen to you as this game is well worth the wait my only gripe is the remaking of some old maps they were better the way they were but some maps are just great to play IE:- Tokaraforest this map rules.
I tried the settings which the game installed first and the picture and framerate sucked big time but when i changed the settings as stated on my previous post the game just improved tenfold.
For people who have this game i hope you are having as much fun on this game as i am, if you dont have it and have not played UT before you are missing 2 excellent games.

I have bought it. It was a f**ked up crack that made it laggy and non-flowing. The full game flows just like the demo and is very nice. Go and buy it if you liked UT. :D

There are not any CD key gens for it yet so it would be advisable to buy it as u aint having my CD key :D :D :D

Ok some nice new visuals granted but othere than that it's UT all over again.
I ain't paying £30 for a bunch of fancy graphics.
I want playability and this ain't got it.

As it needs 3.0GB HDD space to install (mine used up 2.6GB) (yes I said GB) then it had better be damn good :) That's a hell of a lot of hard disk space to nick .....
Anyway, all 3 CDs are coming to the LAN with me, just in case we get around to playing it :lol:

I couldn't be arsed to wait 15 minutes downloading the demo so I waited until it came with a magazine. Bloody hell! What a load of nonsense. Manic and brainless, repetitious, noisy., pretty, and a total waste of ether. I guess Quake is the same. This is obviously the place for some of the morons that populate CS. Suit them down to the ground.

im not at all happy with ut 2003 ...it has no longivity...the single player is ok for 5 mins but after your 100th kill you have lost the will to live...i thought that the first one was better.....
i also played on line and that is also a tad dull.... its one to put on the shelf for me. It mat get better if they bring out some mods ect :roll:
