Yeh, all gets scaled down to 463. U loose set bonuses and legendary meta gem (switch to Burning meta) . We recommend gear with alot of gems. I think I have 24 on my shammy PG/CM gear.
Im in for some silvers on my DK Tank, mate. They are doable without much hassle and gives a mount if u have 9/9 silvers.. Just give me a /w ingame if interested.
