Hey mate, you wanna buy some NHS personal data?

Everyday there's some new underhand way of generating cash for their pockets, yet people will still vote in the next election

What?!! Am I reading what I think I'm reading? i.e. the sale of 'personal information' to organisations?

Found a quicker way to opt out.

This is the guy (https://twitter.com/smagdali) that made it - http://aheadrobot.com/

Also another read on the subject. http://www.wired.co.uk/news/archive/2014-02/04/care-data-nhs-healthcare

and for a different view - https://www.meducation.net/questions/412-Can-Anyone-Here-Confidently-Say-That-They-Understand-Care-Data-

I've opted out (and my children). I have little trust in them to keep the data safe, and to keep me informed when they make changes to what's collected and who it's shared with. I only know about it because of the Guardian/Radio 4 and a few tweets, that goes to show they [Gov] did very little to get the message out.

Thanks for that excellent link Jamoe, which I've just used in addition to the .pdf I previously posted to my GP. :)

More importantly than where it was uploaded (Google simply did as was asked), who was the idiot that approved it?
