Yep got it, but Premium should get DMR's as well. 18-24th is Handguns unlock. 25-4th March is Grenades with Premium getting Shotguns!
OK go to the story on shortcut kits.
PC Owner (Battlefield 4 Premium Member):
Click on the “PREMIUM GIVEAWAY†button at the bottom of this news story.
A success message will display in green at the top of Battlelog if successful.
You have now been granted the Shortcut Kit.
Bingo you have Premium DMR's unlocked.
