Played a couple of hours. It's fun enough for a mod, but a full price game? No.
The game is PayDay meets Counterstrike in the Frostbite engine. Either "Heist" which is basically BF RUSH (capture/defend the security van) or "Blood money" which is capture the flag (money).
Is it worth £45 plus another £60 of DLC over 10 months? Absolutely not. If they sell it for £19.99 I'd think about it, but otherwise it's not on my birthday list.

I think it's a very good mod of Bf4.
been trying out the beta for a few days now, and i struggle to see how this is nothing but a limited version of bf4 with new skins..
