quick tip when you're setting up the graphics. turn OFF motion blur (below use agp) it's on as default and it really messes the performance up.

their site is down at the moment :(
error (http://ifh.firstones.com/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi?;act=ST;f=1;t=371) I think you'll have to wait for a bit. I guess they got overwhelmed when as they've no doubt been posted across the web (I got the link from PA)

in the meantime, this (http://ifh.firstones.com/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi?;act=ST;f=1;t=337) is good reading. All about the controls and why it can seem frustrating at first.

 I got lost in hyperspace on the training mission :( I think I went burnign past a beacon and by the time I managed to stop I had gone out of range of all of the beacons  where's the anchor on these things?

I am now struggling to kill two attack ships in the training mission. I think I have confirmed absolutely without doubt that I am crap at this game. :( Trouble is that enjoy it, I'm just not sure how many times I can take the humulation of being defeated by two dummy attack craft or by crashing in space debris :(

It is difficult. I can only take three out before they get me.
Still, a tip. Strafe left and right. It makes it very difficult for them to get a lock. Also, thrust past them, switch to inertial mode and rotate to blast them as you zoom past. Then switch back from intertial and start strafing!

ok, just to confirm, those tactics do work, I've just managed to take out all five fighters in the training.
Beware of the last one though, he's tough.
