Title: El Prat delivers - airline collision averted

Barcelona's international airport is named 'El Prat' and yesterday the prat was either the pilot of an Aerolíneas Argentinas Airbus A340-300 or the ground controller.

The russian UTair Boeing 767-300 incoming from Moscow was about to land on Runway 02 when the pilots saw the Aerolíneas Argentinas Airbus  crossing the runway.   Cue one 'go around' protocol and a pepto-bismol please.

This could have been real nasty! :blink:
