Heres something I didn't expect to see out of my living room window this evening

Bloody University campus has a rather large fire burning away.

Looking out my window atm, the fire has burned right down and the building it totalled.
Nothing at all remaining other than rubble & ash

Apparently it was University's new timber-framed chemistry lab which was under construction and due for completion in 2015.

Bloody expensive bonfire.
I thought new builds had to follow specific fire codes so this **** couldn't happen.

There are very strict codes yet this is the problem with crappy timber framed buildings!

Never ever buy or build a timber framed building! Not just for fire reasons but within 4-5 years lots of problems occur!
