Hard to believe this person doesn't exist. It was created by a single artist on a desktop PC using mainly free software. If I was a Hollywood A list star, I'd be worried.

What most people need to remember is that Hollywood is normally a few years behind the curve in terms of it sometimes taking 3 years to get a film into the cinema and also they normally are not using the bleeding edge of tech as the people making this stuff will be used to certain software suites etc.
I was seeing stuff like this at uni 6 years ago which was "photo real" to give it its proper term. Most models are simplified to make it easier to match to speech, expressions etc. Also the timelines for some of these projects are very short.
