But not by me sadly, I'm many many kills off (on novice - lol)

Basically he did it with beam and pulse lasers for no ammo requirement and then just tagged NPCs fighting cap ships. If the ship dies within 10 seconds of the tag, it counts as a kill, which is how he is able to achieve 2.5 kills per minute.

He is claiming it was in Open Play, where does it say he isn't?
