Both of those periods cover my wife's birthday, any chance of a re-schedule?
Thanks for the dates, appreciate the organising that's been going on.
Now to convince the wife that she'd be better off without me for a weekend in April. ;)

my son is gutted he is now 18 and wanted to come to a lan ...if only it had been a week earlier as he is back to boarding school on the 13th....:D

Toby can you just confirm these dates again please as the April dates are spanning 4 days and the October 3 days.

I've removed the October dates as there's some issues with the hotel.
The October date will be published asap.
Will find out in a week or two if I can get the time off for the April one. Currently have the week before booked off for both April and October so need to swap them. Although if the October one is changing, a week earlier would be nice :D
We have now finalised the dates for the next couple of LANs.
They are:
April 16th -19th 2015
October 9th -11th 2015
These have been confirmed with the hotel and the rooms have been blocked out ready for us to book when we open booking - NO, NOT YET.

Would it be possible to transfer/copy this thread to the supporting member forums?
So we don't have to go rummaging around archived LANs for the October dates.
The LAN info is always in this section and the Current LAN is always at the top.
The booking form is always opened to Supporting members and Internationals in that section. Then moved to this section when open to all.

A new thread had already been opened with the germane information contained therein.
It has an active thread for the April LAN and an inactive subforum for the October one but just showing the dates.
Once the booking thread goes live to all it will be merged with the dedicated April LAN thread.
