Have slightly thoughts about our raiding, I think we have a good, solid small group which makes progressions and really makes it fantastic compared to the non-optimal class composition, I am sure that with slightly bigger dps group, maybe go for a group of 20 players, I know it's very hard to get new players seems many guilds are currently looking for people and will also be a shame to get people in who do not fit our casual yet very concentrated raid group. But as it was yesterday at the final boss, I had no doubt that he would be dead if we had a few more dps, we did all that was needed and very few errors so can not immediately see how things could have been done different, I do not have any real good ideas for how to find people but as some members of the DMR which are not currently participating raid could perhaps ask them or maybe on Mea culpa has more people who could be interested,?
Should we not succeed in getting more people, we can handle it safely anyway, I'm sure, players who are here are so competent that with a few more dps we would be far in HC too.

Yeh we agree more is better ... We have been spamming the usual recruitment posts and culpa have been asking if any more want to join ... We also have the tanks and healers to handle more dps so why is it so darn hard to find people who want to raid?
The people that have got back have all been looking for 3 raid nights and more progression. Its a double edged sword we go more hardcore raiding and get more apps but then we loose people who only raid casual. The main thing is we are making raids and the progress is showing its just we are lacking on a perfect raid setup
The raids are open to everyone in DMR (plz let us know) ... We will need a reasonable gear level and attendance but its nothing that anyone wanting to raid would not do anyway
Lets try getting the council to make their chat bar's bigger for a start, that will help :roflmao:
Tried a few friends but alot arent playing simply as bored of wow now.
Hey guys been a long time since i logged in here cause i haven't been playing wow for a while and ive started playing again a couple of months ago, when i left i also left dead men cause my nextdoor neighbour wanted to play my account once in a while so i didnt wanna bother you guys with his trouble, meanwhile all my chars stayed in a guild called horn of the unicorn (social guild) while i got back i didn't bother to get back to dead men i first wanted to get back in game (a lot has changed in the years)
So i made some new friends and offcourse talked with some old friends and dusted of my old password from this site and here i am. While i was reading this post it seems that a lot of guilds have the same problems with guild recruitment so do we for that matter we tried to set up some teams but it just didn't work cause of the lack of people loads stopped playing as we all know. We did manage to set up a small group of members that have been playing freqently<<< i know my english is bad and we think we are ready gearwise and mindwise to get to some raiding but yeah where do you go... So my thought was to join deadmen again but what do you guys think is there place for a couple of old farts and hows the recent development in guild rules about raiding and all cause our group are all working day and night time but we do spend pretty good load online when we can. Anyway what do you guys think and feel free to give us some feedback or thoughts what to do.

Some of you guys have me on realID, so if you are short on dps feel free to give me a shout. I can rarely plan my gaming sessions anymore, as wife and kids get in the way of that, but I will gladly help out if I can :) Most of the time I am just messing about on alts or in pvp.
