Everything that can be flown....... can be flown. RSI have unlocked very flyable ship for all backers for a week, so now you can try out the Hornets, 300 series, Mustangs, Cutlass Black, Avenger and M50.

A week starting today? Will have to spend a fair amount of time planning ahead then :P good thing is I remain entirely penniless so my wallet is safe from the games temptations for now :P not sure if this lack of disposable income is a victory in this case or not!
Yep as far as I know. It's a nice opportunity to try stuff as players can still make chassis upgrades to different ships without loosing their backer status, alpha access etc. I moved from a 325a to a Cutlass Black without affecting my backer status at all.
Thanks for the heads up, I fancied trying the Cutlass!
As mentioned elsewhere, have a look at the gun loadout before you dogfight as it's far from optimised for that in it's default state.
