Not worth buying it tbh.  Pascal should bring considerable improvement (not 10x like Nvidia says), at cheaper prices.

Unless, you have a money swimming pool.

AMD 390X is due around June, will be tempted by that I think.

tbh i can run elite dangerous fine on my current 5+yr old pc, so if SC can at least match the detail in ED i'll be fine.

Elite is not a difficult game to run at all.

Star Citizen however will likely be far far more difficult to run due to the sheer scope of the thing.
