Long story short ... We have a new mage to start raiding. I have raided with him before years ago and he was young and immature but that's many years ago so im thinking he should be all grown up now lets get him in.
Wrong.... It seems hes been raiding with some of our raid team before and they DONT want to raid with him again (As soon hes geared up he quits heads to another guild has done it multiple times they got fed up of being used)
So hes welcome to stay in the guild but hes not raiding with us
