I donated my WOW account to my nephew a while back and I believe he has been playing on a PvP realm somewhere. Recently he got his own account and has given mine back to me with a months game time, which is nice. I don't think I have any characters left of my own anymore. However I did fancy a bit of a look round the new WOW so I'm rolling a toon "Smilodo" just for fun. Maybe see some of you out and about in Azeroth?

Cheers, I don't like to be naughty so I'll pass on the Dk. I'll probably go for the Paladin.... and obviously pick the only race worth playing in WOW :).

I rolled a jolly old dwarf beermaker, however once I started smacking up Troggs in Coldridge Valley the horror of having to grind through a 100 levels became apparent :)

I'm happy to level through WotLK, Cataclysm, MoP and WLoD but is there a speedy way to get through the far too familiar Azeroth and BC? I see players at level 2 and 3 roaring about on motorbikes etc. Any advice as to how I nab that sort of stuff or is it as I suspect heirloom things that require me to have a Lv 100 toon already?

You suspect right .....Heirloom all the way.

Starting out fresh, The only boost I can think of is the guild perks. Saying that the lvling is still quite fast ... 2/3 quest chains in a zone and its time to move on. A random dungeon will also put a dent in a level

Let the grind begin. Keep an eye out for Smilodo if there's a social guild invite in the offering.
