Maybe that could be a theme for a recruitment drive:

Hello again, everybody!

Thought I would join in the party by saying I like the picture.  It makes me extremely happy.  Having fewer pilots than ships isn't a problem.  We can get monkeys to fly them.  We'll be fine.
