Title: Bkool / Biking and Tri's
Post by: Benny on August 18, 2015, 10:18:33 AM
http://www.bkool.com/turbo-trainer are currently on an offer where you get the full trainer and software for £1 for 30 days, free returns.

Mine arrived last night and I'm seriously impressed. Doddle to set up, the automatic adjustment of the friction is pretty impressive and the videos make it immersive. Best thing is no removing of wheels, it just works and clamps over a QR pin in the back wheel. Works on mountain bikes too...
If anyones interested I'll post up a picture tomorrow after my session.

The reasoning being I'm signing up to either Challenge Venice or Challenge Roth next year, assuming I can get a slot. Anyone fancy it?

IF you need a support team, but I am limiting that to driving, lugging.  Definitely no rub downs or anything like that!! :)

Looks a bit too serious for me. I might manage the bike ride but not the running or swimming.

I'll be the chap in the back of the support vehicle looking after the cold beers and yelling slurred support to you as we pass.

It would be properly enjoyable to have you bunch in the broom wagon shouting obscenities. Imagine how good the beer will taste afterwards!

Sn00ks, have a go on the Bkool, for £1, it's gotta be worth a try!

Good find Benny.

Would be all over this if i was back home. You can use this with ZWIFT too which is really cool and worth a try.

Doesn't work with Zwift according to the website DZ, maybe I'm missing it.
Did two rounds of Hong Kong Happy Valley yesterday, which was pleasant, I'm building up to trying Alpe d'Huez at some point.....
