QuoteOriginally posted by DuVeL@Jan 13 2004, 02:00 PMBattlefield and Halo was played very much at dMw LAN IV. Much recommended is capture the flag or king of the hill in Halo.
An intern at my work is going to hold LANs and he wants to know if these are good multiplayer games: Battlefield, CoD & Halo.
If he's aranging one I'm going to be there aswell to represent -=[dMw]=-.
He allready playes CS on LANs but hasn't played the above stated games.

Call of Duty looks like it will be good multiplayer as well. You could always recommend that they play cs1.5 as well!!!

Well that's not gonna help I think. :(
He's holding it in a school but I don't think he's going to be allowed to use internet there. So still 1.5, ahwell.

Play Halo, it monopolised our LAN completely, especially Capture The Flag, as Sadako said.
Personally I was awesome, especially the bit where I spawn camped with a mini-gun. Very unpopular :narnar:
