What do people think about the current map rotation? It kind of feels like the maps on rotation could do with a change (eg. Italy seems quite unpopular). Saying that It works fine when there is an administrator (which is most of the time) to change to a map people want.
Also would map voting be hard to implement? At least that way the majority gets to decide and an administrator can always override that if a map is excluded.
If you do maps * in console then it will give you a list of maps that could be chosen from. If any of them catch your eye then you can let one of us know and we could give them a go. As for map voting/rotation I'll leave that for you to discuss with the wise ones (Blunt etc.) and the less wise one (Pesteh). :D

We did map voting for a while and it was mental though, right? Came up with a list of 90% maps nobody had ever heard of every time haha. I like it in theory though.
Ahh yes i remember now! de_rats and all sorts. Surely maps can be vetted? Also that's a handy tip Dex. There's always maps i want to play but forget about or can't remember their name.
As stated above, we had some pretty random maps come up for selection so we decided to bin the vote.
I agree that some maps are a bit tired, but we always ask what maps people want at the end of a game, and try to oblige.
If you want a particular map, and it's suitable (enough players for the size map) then please shout out in plenty of time, or steam message me or one of the other admins.
We haven't given up completely on the map-vote, just need to find a way of keeping unsuitable maps off the list.
Map voting (with some maps removed) would be awesome. I wouldn't mind getting rid of Italy for some other map like Ali or Vertigo or something...
