Just a small rant
I aint the best player in the world but it does my head in when I got some TW*T telling me what to do especially when he is at the bottom of the scoreboard and I am at the top by some margin I might say.
I guess some would call this a form of trolling but sad to say for the first time in my life I got quit the game and abandoned it mid match.
I looked everyone up on my side in the next game.
I had team mates from JAPAN, MEXICO, UKRAINE & RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
coms was non existent apart from and argument between the last 2 This is the game that is supposed to be built around it.
Not impressed rant over

Have you tried the server picker that Dexterous has linked here in the forums? Apparently it works quite well, although I've not tested it myself.

Ive used it since it was first posted
It only lets you choose the servers that you want. It dosnt stop others from joining your server
I love this as well. The best part is ppl trying to kick you, screaming you are not doing an objective or whatever and then you look and this guy has 0/8 and always cluelessly wandering through the map not reacting to any situation. And then the other part where you win first half of the match, obviously he wasnt much involved and he starts spamming chat with easy, rekt, etc. Makes me maaaad! :taz:
CSGO should be used as a tool for studying human psychology, it shows things! For science, you know.
As Slow said, it picks which servers you connect to but can't stop others joining it. It reduces the risk of encountering non-English speaking people because in general Valve will try and let you connect to a server that is closer to you but it cannot get rid of that risk completely. The best advice I have for you in these situations is persevere, other than the server picker the only thing that would reduce the chance of non-English speak team mates would be to queue with multiple people. For example if you and King queued together then the overall chance would be reduced.
