Do we have a blueprint for a Pteranodon Saddle. I find myself in need of one for my new friend, Pterry, and can't wait until lvl35 for the engram.

Impressive, how did you down the beast? I don't have a blueprint but will double check

Narco arrows, I shot a few and they flew off, I went off in the direction of one and it was walking on the beach. When I stuck another arrow in it it just carried on walking towards me so I stuck 3 more in it until it went to sleep.
Took a while to tame with raw meat and a whole lot of narcotics and narco berries, at first it appeared not to be taking in any and I started googling the taming requirements, but the bar moved on.
Also found that my little hut is quite well defended against Spino's, took down 3 without a loss when everything ran to protect me.
5 Dilo's
3 Para's
2 Trikes
1 Turtle
1 Piom..Phionm.... long nose sabre-toothed hippo type things
I might have one in store for you, will check and if so i will bring it to you.
so i have had this since it was alpha and i tried to get into it today...i may need help and i spawned and died at an alarming rate
yeah that happens a lot when you start sulky once you get dinos it sort of changes and with these guys i am sure you will be fine once you found them. i spawned in at west 1 i think it was its a small island on its own in the very south west of the island
yeah no worries, we are all here helping each other ;)
thx for all the help last night have a nice ptera siting on my roof of my building.
There's a cupboard in the SB main base on the cliff that had a tonne of blueprints.
cool night again last night...only issue is that i went to the steps to go to the beach, went slowly round the barracade that had been put there and fell to my death on the beach...can we move that one a little?
Surely the barricade was there to stop you falling to your death. And dawin did the rest? :D
tbh I'm not really sure the barricade is needed. The only thing that ever walks in are dilos and the odd raptor. But it's so busy up there now I doubt much would get through all the tamed dinos anyway.
We've been up there for months and never really had the need for a barricade.
The main danger is from the forest river side nearish me, had the odd Alpha raptor, rex and Carno, more so in the valley but generally it's raptors

I had a break over Christmas and missed a few big updates so things might have changed. I'd suggest building something closer to the forest. Saying that the tamed dinos tend to gang up on the odd Carni/Raptor/Rex and they don't last long. As long as they don't introduce those super turkeys we will be ok, lost a lot to one of those.

The tamed dino culling of the Turkey Appocalypse circa thanks giving 2015 I remember it well hahaha
Does anyone have the engram for a food trough? I'll need to have one for Sn00kette so she doesn't starve while I'm away.
Or does someone already have one deployed that I could leave her near?

There was one by the cliff base and one on the beech behind the wooden house (near the crops by the sea). Not sure if they are still there.
Can't remember if I can make them, I know Sith can. Shout me next time im on.
Some pro tips:
Always keep perishable items stacked as high as possible as only the top item will rot on the countdown.
Although troughs extend the life of food, don't bother leaving meat in them. Carnis tend to eat less often and seem to last longer. Less of an issue when you have a dino that specialises in harvesting meat/berries etc
